We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the moment you place an order is the one that applies to that order.

Digizenver sells digital products only — templates, bundles, Canva templates, planners, invitations and ebooks. Nothing is physically shipped and no physical goods are ever dispatched.

Product listings describe the file types included and the software required. We make every effort to keep these descriptions accurate; screen colours and printed colours may vary.

All prices are shown in USD. Applicable tax is calculated at checkout and displayed before payment.

Payments are processed by third-party providers (Razorpay, Stripe and PayPal). Digizenver does not receive or store your full card details. An order is complete when payment is confirmed and your download links are issued.

Digital products are delivered immediately after payment: download links appear on the order confirmation screen and are also emailed to the address you provide. It is your responsibility to enter that address correctly.

If you have not received your files within one hour, contact us and we will reissue them.

You may not resell, redistribute, sub-licence or share the files, in whole or in part, edited or unedited. You may not claim authorship of the original designs.

We reserve the right to withdraw access and cancel accounts where files are being redistributed.

Our products are provided as-is for their described purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Digizenver is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of a template, including printing costs.

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
