Information we collect
When you place an order we collect your name, email address and billing country. Payment details are collected directly by Razorpay, Stripe or PayPal and never reach our servers.
When you subscribe to our newsletter we collect your email address only. When you contact support we keep the content of that conversation so we can help you properly.
Why we use it
To deliver your files, to reissue download links when you ask, to calculate applicable tax, to prevent fraud, and — only if you opt in — to send occasional emails about new products and free templates.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone, ever.
Cookies and analytics
We use essential cookies to keep your cart working, and privacy-friendly analytics to understand which pages are useful. You can decline non-essential cookies without losing any functionality.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for seven years as required for tax purposes. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. Support conversations are deleted after two years.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing support@digizenver.store. We respond to all requests within 30 days.
